Bioalleva is dedicated to the production of meat and cold cuts from certified organic farming, distributed in Italy and abroad for the Ho. Re. Ca. channels, food industry, specialised multiples and catering.

The company was born in 2000 from Renzo Venturini’s wish to share the value of transparency with his consumers, offering them every day taste, quality and wellness.

An ambitious path undertaken by Carnesì and conducted with entrepreneurial spirit and trust in a sector destined for constant growth: an intuition which soon turned into an “organic success”. Today, more than yesterday.

THE SEARCH FOR WHAT IS NATURAL:

Our meats come from organic pastures in line with the ethology of the species as well as the wellbeing of both the animals and the environment where they live.

Our heads are raised with regard for their freedom of movement and fed with balanced food, formulated for their diet and wellbeing.

Our cattle, pigs and poultry are raised wild, slowly, left to graze as they please and housed in spacious, well aired sheds.
